Grail Client Club ~ Loyalty Rewards Program
The Grail Client Club is our in-house loyalty program, a thank-you from us for shopping small and local for your undergarments. All customers receive a punch card to track their rewards when they make a purchase in person at Grail.
Reward Details:

Reward levels are cummulative and stack together. However, you can choose to redeem any rewards earned on a partially-punched card and start over with a new card at any point.
- 4 punches = $5 store credit
- 12 punches = $25 store credit ($5 + additional $20)
- 20 punches = $75 store credit ($5 + $20 + additional $50)
Terms and Conditions:

Rewards are earned as follows: 1 punch per $25 spent on merchandise in a single transaction. Punches are awarded following completion of the transaction, based on the pre-tax total. A reward credit can be used during during the same visit but not on the same transaction used to earn that credit.

Gift card purchases do not earn card punches; however, the recipient of the gift card will earn punches when they redeem their card towards a merchandise purchase.

Loyalty rewards earned are cumulative and do stack with any other discounts or credits.

Rewards can be used one at a time or combined.

Reward credits can be redeemed for any merchandise on-hand or applied towards a special order.

Punches will be retained and honored on any returns for exchange or store credit. However, in the event that a cash/credit refund is issued, punches will be voided.

For security, rewards must be redeemed by the client named on the punch card.

We cannot replace a lost card with punches already awarded, but we will gladly combine cards if the lost card is eventually located.
Referral Rewards
Reward Details:

When a new customer who was referred to Grail by an existing client makes their first purchase, both parties earn bonus punches on their Grail Client Club cards.
- The referrer receives 4 card punches.
- The new client receives 2 bonus punches on their card in addition to the punches accrued for their purchase value.
Terms and Conditions:

The new client must not have shopped at Grail Bra Specialists previously, and they must make a purchase in order to activate this reward.

The referrer does not need to be present during the new client’s visit to Grail. However, their name must be listed in our existing customer records in order to apply rewards to their profile.

Referral cards can be provided, but they are also not required to redeem this offer. The new client only needs to name the person who referred them.

Referral rewards were introduced for Grail’s 7th business anniversary in May of 2026. Unfortunately, we cannot issue referral credit retroactively.
